My name is Andrea. For years I've studied BG5, the Career Design system based on Human Design, to help professionals and teams work more authentically and sustainably.

My journey started from the curiosity of understanding why certain work dynamics succeed and others don't. BG5 gave me a precise language to describe these mechanics.
